So surprisingly after the chocolate holiday of the year, and a night out on the town. I still managed to lose one pound! Can you believe that????? I'm still in shock. Must have been all the walking, around I did. I'm still struggling daily to make it work, but I'm determined to make it! I'm excited to see what next week brings!

The basics: Cut 500 calories a week to loose 1/2 a pound (or is it a pound) a week. Expend more than you eat. Sounds so easy doesn't it? ;-) Great job!
