After a very long week, and many struggles. I can't believe I'm saying this, but I actually lost a POUND! I have had a horrible week of snacking issues... and not watching my portions. I haven't been feeling the greatest either, so maybe that helped me out. :) Still working on my exercise but I've got it up there to about 7,000 steps a day, plus a workout every other day.

Great job! The week I thought I did great, I lost nothing - not even one ounce. The week I thought I did horrible - I lost two pounds (this week)! No rhyme or reason....
Congrats. I didn't get on the scale this week. It has not however been the best week... did you ever have one of those days where you are craving something but you don't know what? I was like that yesterday... oh and yes - Nutella is evil. I bought a jar and can't stay out of it it is soooo good
