Its a bird, its a plane, no its a ?????

One clear evening, the kids were outside playing...Sage came running in as always to tell me that there was a plane in the sky. For some reason she likes to tell me when we have planes going over. Hunter and Rachel told us that it looked more like a hot air balloon, so we decided to go take a peak. Sure enough, it was this interesting vehicle... Not sure the name of it, so anyone who knows, feel free to tell us. It was kinda neat, it looked like a motorized bike with a parachute over it.
