Simple Woman’s Daybook:

December 12, 2011

Outside my window... it is really cold.. but sunny!

I am thinking...  Wow, I have so much to do this week. Projects to finish, and fun to be had. Smile

I am thankful for...   My mom, who has helped me so much this last week..

From the learning rooms...  We haven’t been doing much cause we were on vacation last week. However, we did get in the Mummifying of a chicken, and an water controlled arm. Lots of fun! Read more about it, over at our School Blog.

From the kitchen...  Tonight we are having spaghetti! Yum!!

I am wearing...  My green pants, tye-died shirt, and a sweatshirt.. and my sneakers.

I am creating...   A new menu plan, a grocery list, and some sewing projects.

I am going... to be very busy this next week.

I am reading...  6 Rainer Drive by Debbie Macomber from Cedar Cove Series.

I am hoping... that things go smoothly over the next few weeks. Are you reading for Christmas??

I am hearing...   My kids snoring! Lol..

Around the house...  I have laundry to get done, dishes to do… and lots of paperwork to get done.

One of my favorite things...  Trumping through the woods, to get our Christmas tree.

A few plans for the rest of the week:  4H,Cub Scouts, library, shopping, a girl scout event, a cub scout Christmas party.

Here is picture for thought I am sharing...

Sadly I don’t have a picture this week… a bit behind in uploading them. Sad smile

It HAS been a bit more nippy in the mornings, hasn't it? I was hoping that the warmer temps would continue on through to, say, April, and then get warmer! LOL No such deal, huh? It is Maine!
