Opps… Ok, so I was suppose to post this on Wednesday, but I was sick and didn’t get to it. Therefore, here I am. I’m sure none of you are dying to hear…
For this week, and it may have been cause I was sick. I lost 2 lbs… I was actually not surprised by this, cause I haven’t eaten much this week. Lets hope I don’t gain it back next week.
I’m doing better with the portion control. I started also this week, drinking a Slim Fast for Breakfast, since I’m not big on eating in the morning. I didn’t get as many steps in this week, as i would have liked…. but will continue to try. I have gotten better at the exercise part. I do 40 min workout each day… (except for the couple days I wasn’t feeling well) I’ve even got the kids involved in this, and they enjoy it.
Lets hope for good results next week too!

Good for you! Sorry I have not been better about the steps either. I was having a little trouble with the pedometer resetting on me. So I'm not sure the pocket one was such a great idea.
Great job, Monica! Baby steps (no pun intended). Every day is a new day - just keep taking it one day at a time.
