Smelly Towel Review & Giveaway

detail_image

Do your towels ever have that faint smell of mildew, or mustiness even after washing them?? Mine sometimes do, from the kids leaving them balled up in a corner, or if they get left somewhere after swimming, and such. However it gets frustrating when you take out a nice clean towel and it still has that faint smell.
What do you use to clean your towels? I have tried everything from, bleach, oxi, and scented laundry soap..nothing completely helps. I was excited to try Smelly Towels. I immediately went and got my towels and threw them in the washer! (sad I know) The smell was not completely gone, so I threw them back in and washed them one more time. (as directed on the back of the container) The second time I was so excited to say I could no longer smell anything! You can use it in any washer, just follow the directions on the bottle. You just put in a tiny cap full… and start the washer, no other detergent needed. A bottle should really go a long way…
You can buy it here… along with their Smelly Washer both going for $16.99 a bottle.

My favorite laundry tip is to cut your dryer sheets in half, still does the same job and they last you twice as long!!!

Pre-treat (if I remember) stains - that usually gets them out!

Favorite laundry tip-- when we still had a cat, if he pee'd on anything, I would add a teaspoon of dawn dishsoap to my laundry and it would remove the smell.

My favorite laundry tip: If you have an ink stain on a piece of clothing, cover the stain in toothpaste and leave it overnight. Yes, TOOTHPASTE! It works like a charm - I had red ink on a white blouse once, and toothpaste got it right out! Thank you for the giveaway!

my favorite laundry tip is to CHANGE your laundry over when it buzzes..if you leave it in the washer, it gets stinky. LOL!

My laundry tip is connecting socks before throwing them in the hamper. It really helps with finding them later.
