Our meals? Well, I need to go shopping, but I have the ingredients for french toast casserole (with cream cheese, pecans and maple syrup), baked chicken and stuffing with steamed mixed veggies (2 meals), blueberry pancakes and scrambled eggs, and baked cod with rice pilaf and steamed carrots.
