Bic Soleil Savy Review:

I have to tell you, I think one of the biggest pains of being a woman is having to shave your legs! I’m a busy mom of 3, like I have time for that!!!

Upon receiving it, I ripped open the package and took it for a spin. Yup, I had used my last razor, and needed another one. I really liked this disposable razor. I’m pretty picky about my razors. I refuse to buy those fancy ones, cause you always spend way to much on blades. They always end up spending more on the blades than what you actually paid for the razor!

Here are some highlights about the razor:
  • Each package contains one disposable handle and 4 refillable cartridges.
  • The Razor’s handle includes a rubber grip
  • Triple-blade heads feature flexible blade technology and lubricating strips with Vitamin E
  • Pivoting heads are made to follow a woman’s contours and provide a super close shave
  • Available at most grocery stores, drug stores, and mass retailers.. for around $7.49

Here are some really good tips for shaving from Bic..
  1. Shave at night, it removes dead skin cells. So shaving at night allows your skin to recover and stregthen.
  2. Shave clean skin, this helps to prevent infection and bumps. Apply hot water before you shave, or shave after showering. Warm humidity increases skin elasticity and softens your hair, making it easier to shave.
  3. Apply shaving cream or gel. Its gentler to your skin than regular soap and can help lift hair. Lather the cream, then leave it on for a two minutes prior to shaving. Once your hair is softened the razor will glide more easily over the skin.
  4. Use a sharp blade. You should change your blades regularly, especially if you have sensitive skin. Shaving with a dull blade can result in red spots.

Now for the good news… I have coupons to giveaway! They don’t expired until December of this year.

Bzz Agent Review: Tonka XT

Have you seen the newest toy out by Hasbro?? They are called the Tonka XT Ricochet Tricksters.

So I’m guessing you are saying what in the heck are those?? Right? Oh, come on I know you are!!!

Well, to answer your question they are remote controlled stunt vehicles. They can drive fast, do awesome stunts, and make an afternoon full of fun!

It has a “Trick Trigger” which allows you to use one of three pre-programmed stunts. This care is designed sleek and has no “upside down” … it flips, it turns, it spins, you name it!

The best part, being that your child can come up with his/her own stunts. They can build a really cool ramp, or use stairs, and the vehicle will go soaring through the air. (Parents be warned keep away from breakables)

Pros:

  • Cool Stunts programmed
  • Lots of fun
  • Its small, so easy to travel with
  • Durable

Cons:

  • Requires 5 AA Batteries
  • Needs to charge for 20-30 mins to use it for 15-30 mins
  • Intended for Indoor Use
  • Not truly rechargeable

My monkey man loved this toy. It was a hit, before I even got it out of the box. I mean what little boy doesn’t like a really cool trickster remote control car! Matter of fact, my hubby (the big boy) wanted to use it just as much! It provided hours of fun for both of them…

I tried to get a picture of it in action but my camera kept making them blurry. Sad smile

I think this Tonka XT  would be a really great gift for the holidays.. and it isn’t horribly priced for a remote control vehicle. It can be purchased for $24.99 at Walmart, Target, Toys R Us, and Kmart.

*I received a Tonka Ricochet Trickster from BzzAgent in exchange for writing this review. My opinions are strictly mine and my monkey’s from using the Tonka Ricochet Trickster!

Got2b Review

Got2b

I recently got the opportunity to try Got2b Smooth Operator unique smoothing hair stylers...from BzzAgent! I decided to try the Lustre Lotion..
Not only does this come in cute little bottle that any girl would love to have in her bathroom. I mean its pink, and has little charms hanging off it. Who wouldn’t?? A bit about the charms….
göt2b® charming
No doubt you've noticed those cute charms accessorizing every bottle of göt2b® smooth operator. Well, we were surprised (and downright giddy) to learn that each charm represents a different facet of your beautiful self:
  • Heart with Lock & Key: You hold the key to unlock your inner goddess
  • Glittering Heart: Express yourself and let your heart shine
  • "Charm Me"? Shield: Symbolizes strength and the power of self-expression to create beauty (and a pinch of good luck)

SmoothLustre
It does an amazing job at keeping the fly aways, away!!! I have the most frizzy thick hair imaginable. (ok for me anyway) I hate trying to style it, cause after an hour or so of being outside its frizzy and driving me crazy. Not anymore, Got2b Smooth Operator Lustre Lotion, keeps it where it needs to be, and controls the frizz!
It is a bit pricey, around $8 a bottle…. however, a little really goes a long way with this product. As I stated before I have thick hair, and I still didn’t use that much. It also smells really nice, not like hair spray and gel.

Claritin Chewable Review:

claritin-new-image

Let me just start by saying that Children’s Allergies is something I certainly know a thing or two about. I have been blessed with 3 monkey’s that have allergy issues, ranging from severe, moderate, to minor. Not sure how I got so lucky really??!!!

We have tried most over the counter, and prescription medications. With them all having their issues for them. Except for Claritin Chewables. I can give the kids one of these in the morning before school if they need one, and they don’t get drowsy.

Did you know that 4 out of 10 kids suffer from allergies and two million school days are missed due to seasonal and indoor allergies every year? That’s a lot of days missed — and that doesn’t even include all the days kids spend in an allergy fog!

Studies have shown that the effects of allergies can be significant for kids. Daytime allergy symptoms can impede focus and result in learning problems, while  nighttime allergy symptoms can result in sleep loss and lead to daytime drowsiness. How can a kid be a kid when all they can do is focus on their allergies.

Claritin is the #1 Pediatrician Recommended non-drowsy allergy brand.
